How to Change

132 / May 2021 / Bryn Chernoff

This mix is designed to be kind, encouraging and contemplative. Moments where you are ready to bound into something new, energized to try, open to the unfamiliar. Kind of how I imagine these transitions ahead to be -- exciting at times, sweet and sad, with a nurturing home base to return to every time I get overwhelmed. Some old songs, some new.

I am thinking of my own changes internally, emotionally and mentally -- and of the change swirling about as we move into a different way of living these months ahead.

The song order, as always, matters a lot to me. Warm you up gently, get you going, honor the discomfort and sadness that might arise, but leave you somewhere easy-going and optimistic.

Wishing you all good changes ahead.
